ACSD-47497: missing ACL for Store / Configuration / Services [!UICONTROL OAuth]
The ACSD-47497 patch solves the issue where the [!UICONTROL Services] tab is not visible in the [!UICONTROL Configuration] section in the Adobe Commerce Admin. This patch is available when the [!DNL Quality Patches Tool (QPT)] 1.1.23 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-47497. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.6.

The patch is created for Adobe Commerce version:
- Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.4
Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:
- Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.0 - 2.4.5-p1
NOTE
The patch might become applicable to other versions with new [!DNL Quality Patches Tool] releases. To check if the patch is compatible with your Adobe Commerce version, update the magento/quality-patches package to the latest version and check the compatibility on the [!DNL Quality Patches Tool]: Search for patches page. Use the patch ID as a search keyword to locate the patch.
Issue
When permissions are set for a particular role, you cannot define access to the [!UICONTROL Stores] > [!UICONTROL Configuration] > [!UICONTROL Services] > [!UICONTROL OAuth].
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in to the Adobe Commerce Admin. Go to [!UICONTROL System] > [!UICONTROL Permissions] > [!UICONTROL User Roles].
- Select [!UICONTROL Role Resources] in the Administrators role, and set [!UICONTROL Resource Access] under [!UICONTROL Roles Resources] to Custom, then select all the check boxes. Select [!UICONTROL Save Role].
- Select [!UICONTROL Stores] > [!UICONTROL Configuration] > [!UICONTROL Services]. The [!UICONTROL OAuth] configuration section is not available.
Expected results:
In [!UICONTROL Stores] > [!UICONTROL Configuration] > [!UICONTROL Services] > [!UICONTROL OAuth], the configuration section is visible.
Actual results:
In [!UICONTROL Stores] > [!UICONTROL Configuration] > [!UICONTROL Services] > [!UICONTROL OAuth], the configuration section is missing.
