ACSD-47107: catalog price rule is applied to custom options
The ACSD-47107 patch fixes the issue where the catalog price rule is applied to custom options. This patch is available when the [!DNL Quality Patches Tool (QPT)] 1.1.23 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-47107. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.6.

The patch is created for Adobe Commerce version:
Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.4
Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:
Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.2 - 2.4.4-p2
NOTE
The patch might become applicable to other versions with new [!DNL Quality Patches Tool] releases. To check if the patch is compatible with your Adobe Commerce version, update the magento/quality-patches

Issue
Catalog price rule is applied to custom options.
Steps to reproduce :
Create a catalog price rule.
Set it to Apply as a percentage of original price and add a 10% discount.
Select any product.
Create a few custom options.
Check the price on the frontend.
Expected results :
Catalog price rule is not applied to custom options; it is only applied to the product's original price.
Actual results :
Catalog price rule is applied to custom options.
