ACSD-48366: product image not displayed on [!UICONTROL Back to Stock] email template

The ACSD-48366 patch fixes the issue where the product thumbnail image is not displayed in the product's stock alert email. This patch is available when the [!DNL Quality Patches Tool (QPT)] 1.1.26 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-48366. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:

• Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.4 - 2.4.6

Issue

The product image is not displayed on the [!UICONTROL Back to Stock] email template.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable [!UICONTROL Product Alert] for [!UICONTROL Back in Stock] by going to [!UICONTROL Store] > [!UICONTROL Configuration] > [!UICONTROL Catalog] > [!UICONTROL Product Alert] > [!UICONTROL Allow Alert When Product Comes Back in Stock] = [!UICONTROL Yes].

2. Enable [!UICONTROL Display Out of Stock Products] by going to [!UICONTROL Store] > [!UICONTROL Configuration] > [!UICONTROL Catalog] > [!UICONTROL Inventory] > [!UICONTROL Display Out of Stock] = [!UICONTROL Yes].

3. Create a simple product with qty = 0.

4. Create a customer from the storefront and subscribe to the above product to get product alerts when in stock.

5. Make the product in stock.

6. Execute the product alert cron.

   n98-magerun2.phar sys:cron:run catalog_product_alert
   

7. Start the product alert for the customer.

   bin/magento queue:consumers:start product_alert
   

8. Check the email. Stock alert email should now be available in the mail catcher.

Expected results:

The product image is displayed in the stock alert email.

Actual results:

The product image is not available in the stock alert email.
