Ask your Magento Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request changing your Blackfire.io account owner for your Magento Commerce (Cloud) project. The CSM arranges the change directly with the Blackfire.io administration.
We recommend contacting your CSM directly, but you may also submit a support ticket.
Provide the following info
- Project ID of your Magento Commerce (Cloud) instance.
- Name and email address of the new Blackfire.io account owner.
Can I address Blackfire.io directly?
Any Blackfire.io account ownership change must be facilitated directly by the administration of Blackfire.io. Usually, users write to email@example.com to request the change.
However, for Magento Commerce (Cloud), Blackfire.io accepts the ownership change requests only from the Magento CSMs—to keep the highest security level and mitigate any fraud risks.
