If you observe a feature behaving unexpectedly and think you have found an issue or bug, consider submitting a support ticket and include the following:
- Instructions to recreate the defect.
- Screenshots showing the unexpected behavior.
- If you found a broken link, include how you got to the page it is on. Screenshots of where the broken link is on the page are also helpful.
Document errors in your browser's console
Open your browser’s developer tools and take a screenshot of any errors displayed in the console (right click > Inspect). If your browser doesn’t allow this method click the following links to get the steps for the web browser you’re using:
In some browsers, opening the developer tools might not automatically display the console - the site’s code may display first. If this happens, click the console option in the developer window and take screenshots of any errors displayed there.
