Note: the table is only applicable for the Starter plan!

No access: services (and logs) on inaccessible containers
Every service like MySQL, Redis or Elasticsearch on the Integration environment runs in a separate container. Magento Commerce Cloud provides access only to a web server container, that is why these service logs are not available on the Integration environment.
How to access log directories on server (SSH)
To access logs, you need to connect to the corresponding environment via SSH.
