MDVA-43414: PHP fatal error when running "inventory.reservations.updateSalabilityStatus"
The MDVA-43414 patch solves the PHP fatal error that occurs when running the inventory.reservations.updateSalabilityStatus
queue consumer on numerical SKUs. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.12 is installed. The patch ID is MDVA-43414. Please note that the issue was fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.2.

The patch is created for Adobe Commerce version:
- Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.3.6-p1
Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:
- Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.3.6 - 2.3.7-p2
NOTE

Issue
PHP fatal error occurs when running the "inventory.reservations.updateSalabilityStatus" queue consumer on numerical SKUs.
Prerequisites:
Inventory modules installed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a custom inventory source and assign it to a new inventory stock.
- Create a product with the custom inventory source.
- Make sure that the product SKU is an integer value.
- Place an order.
- Run the
bin/magento queue:consumer:start inventory.reservations.updateSalabilityStatus
command.
Expected results:
The queue starts without any error.
Actual results:
PHP fatal error occurs:
