MDVA-44660: Grave accent character (`) cannot be used for customer's name
The MDVA-44660 patch fixes the issue where the grave accent character [`] cannot be used for a customer's name. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.15 is installed. The patch ID is MDVA-44660. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.5.

The patch is created for Adobe Commerce version:
- Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.2-p2
Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:
- Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.2-p1 - 2.4.4
NOTE
The patch might become applicable to other versions with new Quality Patches Tool releases. To check if the patch is compatible with your Adobe Commerce version, update the magento/quality-patches
package to the latest version and check the compatibility on the [!DNL Quality Patches Tool]: Search for patches page. Use the patch ID as a search keyword to locate the patch.
Issue
The grave accent character [`] cannot be used for a customer's first and last name.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a new customer from the Admin account or register on the Storefront using the grave accent character in the first or last name, for example, "L'Epicerie".
Expected results:
A new customer with the grave accent character in their name can be created.
Actual results:
First name is not valid! Or Last name is not valid error is displayed.
